Our Online Account Access is Returning!
 
We are in the midst of testing our new Consignor Online Sales Report which will list your items sold to date.  You are asked to hold onto your monthly What Consigned Report as it will serve as a reference to what you see in this online report.

Thanks to each of you who took the time to express your concern over losing this service over the past few months.  We have worked hard to get this info back online and are so appreciative for your patience in the interim.

To have access to your account, Please . . .

1.  Send us your eMail address to:  info@WomansExchange.com .  Include your name and consignor account number in the body of the message and use Consignor Access as the subject line of your eMail to us.  Due to the natue of this request, it must be done by eMail - or in person at our Business Office, 9a-4p, Monday-Friday. 
IMPORTANT: if you have multiple consignor accounts, you MUST have a unique email address for EACH account!

2.  Within a couple of business days, you will be able to access your account using the eMail address you provided us.  Then, you can login into our new Online Consignor Access site by logging into http://WomansExchange.ShopRW.com or visit our store website and follow the Consignor Login link at the bottom of any page.

3.  If you have trouble logging in after completing steps 1 and 2, you can notify us by eMail as instructed on the Consignor Login screen.  Please allow a couple of business days before reporting any difficulty logging in.
